Monsoon season is simply said as a season which causes wet and dryness, it is a weather pattern that brings heavy rain and strong winds to certain parts of the world, typically during the summer season.

Certainly, here are 7 main tips to stay healthy during monsoon season.

  • Do not let still water collect around the house or avoid walking in stagnant water.
  • Stay hydrated and maintain personal hygiene.
  • Stay physically active as well as boost your immune system.
  • Eat fresh and hygienic food (Boost your Vitamin-D).
  • Use clean and dry footwear and also stay away from damp cloths.
  • Get enough sleep, manage stress.
  • Stay updated on vaccination at the same time be prepared from emergencies.
